Payment Information

The registration fee for this course is $99 for physicians and podiatrists and $49 for residents, fellows and nurses. Cancellations must be received in writing at the Ciné-Med Inc. office by July 1, 2010. No refunds will be issued after this date. A $25 administration fee will be subtracted from the refunded registration fee.
